Art & Music at the Guggenheim Bilbao
From March, a new edition of the Art & Music programme, sponsored by Kutxabank, will fill the Atrium of the Guggenheim Bilbao with live music. From March to June, the public will be able to enjoy 3 concerts of modern and contemporary music, in keeping with the museum’s architecture and artistic line. A perfect plan for enjoying Bilbao to the full.
María José Llergo will be the first to take to the stage, on Saturday 8 March, followed by Charlie Cunningham on Saturday 5 April. A solo performance by Yerai Cortés will bring the series to a close on Saturday 10 May. Although the three events are inspired by flamenco, the artists approach the genre in very different ways.
Ticket holders for the Art & Music programme will be able to visit the museum’s exhibitions in private from 8:30pm until the concerts begin at 10, and enjoy a pre-concert drink and pintxo at a bar set up by the Museum in the Atrium itself (food and beverages are not included in the ticket price).
